It reminds me of the one time I went sky diving. One minute I was tumbling out of a plane for the first time in my life, and for those 50 seconds of free fall through the air, I was experiencing something so foreign, yet something I have wanted for so long. Then, only a minute later I was standing on a grassy field, my cheeks burning from the wind, wondering what the hell just happened.
This year, I slept so much upon returning home. I slept in until 11 the next morning, which I have done very very few times in my life, and then I even took an afternoon nap. It wasn't until today that I started to feel like myself again. I swept, vacuumed, and washed the floors, cut all my hair off, took a shower, then ran around to get household supplies, went to my nieces birthday party, and BAM, it's like I was never in NH. It's such a time warp, to go from full time go go go , students and cousin life, right back to family life, and nothing but a desk and office space at home to ground my studies in. I too am rolling around thesis ideas in my head. As much as the left handed issue would be interesting, I am thinking that I owe it to my experience and background to focus on developing an interesting topic relating to Anthroposophy and the environment.
Be Well Cousins. Coming back to life that hasn't changed in the same way is sometimes an interesting thing to navigate.

I got home on Saturday night at midnight and then proceeded to move James to a north Austin apartment close to his work in 104 degree weather. Bleh. Packing and finishing up the girls' swim lessons this week and then we will move to Houston on Saturday. (That's when life will move in fast forward!) I'll have a supply of "Natural Calm" in my pantry to ease anxiety. :) Gwenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04822548981037221464noreply@blogger.com
